The European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform highlights the work of the ‘Green Growth’ project

Following its completion, the project has received several European recognitions for its efforts in integrating the circular economy into the European construction sector.

The ‘Green Growth’ project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme and coordinated by Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, has received multiple recognitions at the European level. Among them, the European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform has highlighted the consortium’s work in bringing the circular economy closer to the construction sector on its website. Additionally, the BILT Expert Group on Building and Construction from UNESCO-UNEVOC has recognised the project as an ‘Innovation and Learning Practice’.

Developed between 2020 and 2023, the initiative aimed to integrate the circular economy into the European construction sector through comprehensive training and capacity building for educators. Six institutions from five European countries—Spain, Germany, Belgium, Slovenia, and Italy—participated in the project.
